Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to shopping, dining, coffee shops, grocer, entertainment and the sound side sunsets are not to be missed. Enjoy outdoor entertainment even when its raining, with covered backayard space equipped with a family style picnic table, beverage cooler, fish cleaning station, grill and string lights to set the mood. Rinse the beach day away in our large outdoor shower.

We had the best time! The cottage was perfect for our needs, and the fenced-in yard was awesome! Nice to have the extras like soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, etc. We’ll definitely be renting here again!

This was the absolute best place to stay for a family getaway. Front porch sitting, backyard swinging with room for evening entertainment. Walking distance to Food lion and Duck Donuts. Perfect layout with three rooms and two baths!! Downstairs shower too!

We had such a wonderful time here. We were here on vacation for a full week and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a week away with a toddler and a dog. We loved the backyard and it was so nice being able to walk the dog down the street and on the nearby bike path. We were just a couple minutes from the beach and everywhere we wanted to go. We loved it and highly recommend!!
