Great experience

SUPER CLEAN! Spacious house and I loved that it’s a split floor pan- master feels super private. Plenty of room for a larger group. We will definitely be coming back, Publix, the Bradenton Area Convention Center and an amazing taco joint that you have to try, Pollos Asados La Frontera are all minutes away!!! Host was responsive and easy going. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Thanks for hosting Jacob!

Poor Communication!!

I’ll start by saying the location and the house was very nice!! Upon entering I noticed a lot of ants but I will say it looked as if the grass had just been cut. The mosquitos are baddddd!! The sink faucets in the bathroom were backwards what was hot is cold and vice versa. Now my problem came when I realized that the remotes to the lights in the bedrooms did not work! I messaged the person who stated “ if we need anything, they are a message away” My whole stay I never got one response! So we had no overhead lights in the bedrooms and whatever setting the ceiling fan was on, you just had to deal with it. There were no clear instructions on anything, just to make sure all dishes used were cleaned. This placed has the potential to have a 5 star rating but the lack of communication was bad!!

Short stay

House was clean, roomy and nicely furnished except for the small and very uncomfortable couches. Had to contact owner to get the entry code. Less than 24 hours after arrival, the toilet in main bath was clogged. Owner did not respond until the following day after I contacted VRBO. Issue was then addressed.
