Welcome to "Garden Oasis with Rooftop Deck - Steps from Duke University," a serene sanctuary nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac! Envision this: our home, one of three modern marvels, each radiating contemporary elegance. As you enter, prepare to be captivated by a stunning two-tier floating garden that spans the living and dining areas, creating a breathtaking indoor oasis.

On the main level, you'll find a gourmet kitchen equipped to handle any culinary challenge. Ready to host up to ten guests, it’s perfect for cooking up a storm. Adjacent is the Master Suite—an enclave of style and comfort designed for restful nights.

Ascend to the second level where a chic loft space awaits, ideal for relaxation or play. This floor also boasts two additional cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The highlight, however, is the rooftop deck. Spacious enough for sixteen, it's an idyllic spot for stargazing or simply unwinding. Plus, with TVs equipped with Netflix and more, entertainment is just a click away.

We warmly invite you to enjoy the entirety of our beautiful residence. Please note, a few storage areas will remain private and are the only spaces exempted from your access. We appreciate your understanding
Other things to note
-A pet fee of $199 applies should you wish to bring along your furry friend.
-Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests for overnight stays. However, for gatherings or events, we allow a maximum occupancy of 16 guests.(Rollaway bed available upon request and will depend on availability)
-Please note, there is a $50 charge for each additional guest beyond the initial eight. This applies to all guests, even those who do not plan to stay overnight.
