This waterfront cabin is perfect for a family vacation, offering various amenities such as 6 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, one canoe, charcoal bbq, cornhole boards, and a boat slip. Perfect for fishing trips!
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom mobile home features a split floor plan, a covered parking area, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. 2nd room queen bed, also queen air mattress available!
The living room has two sleeper couches, accommodating up to six guests.
Nearby attractions include Seven sister springs, The crack an amazing paddle, your a 10 min drive to Homosassa river, Crystal river, Weeki Wachee springs, McDonald's, Publix, and Subway, etc.
The Suncoast parkway provides easy access to Tampa, Spring Hill, New Port Richey, and the coastline, including Hernando Beach. This home so also featured on citruscountyvacationhomes.com where you can find more available homes in the surrounding area.

Please make sure all dishes are washed and drying. Please make sure to lock shed after starting load of towels and please put shed key back where you found it.

Excellent location for river adventures! We kayaked to the seven sisters in about 15 minutes and also used the kayak carrier to walk our yaks up to the boat launch when we were too lazy to kayak. It was a very nice, relaxing stay.

This was a very clean cute little place. We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and easy access to water. Plenty of room for boat parking. Great space good times.

Place was amazing. Absolutely beautiful. The family and I had a blast. Weather was not that good and was plenty to do with outside games and inside games they had for all ages. Well definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. It was obvious that the host put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome—every little detail had been considered. The space was well-stocked, cozy, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. The host Regine was great at communicating and gave some wonderful recommendations.We’d happily stay here again!

Property was amazing and very accommodating. We were traveling with pet and 1 child. Home was clean and stocked with more than enough toiletries. House also had kyaks, paddle boards, life jackets, washer, dryer, games, extra linens and blankets, dog bowls, guides to the area, maps of water ways (SUPER helpful). This house has it all! Neighbors were Very friendly and we enjoyed talking with the locals. We loved this home and plan to stay again next summer! Perfect location for Springs!!!!

Great time

Loved the boat house...also great neighbors....great for vacation and fishing. I've been coming to the river at the chassahowitzka river lodge sense I was a kid and the river lodge has gotten away from the fishing community...really loved the set up .host was a text away and really enjoyed our stay. Will be back for sure

Family River Weekend

I booked the place for a 3 day weekend to spend time with my 2 grown sons. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our family Kayaking, grilling out, and watching movies together. Thank you so much for the use of the Kayaks. We really enjoyed ourselves! You place had everything we need and we will visit again!

Great place..

My fiancé, daughter, her fiancé.. and my two youngest boys came to stay for a few days over the July 4th weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Regine is great with communication and responds quickly! Nice little area to relax, and enjoy time away from reality! :)

This home felt so welcoming, with relaxing bonfires at night to the simple but adorable and homey decor. You really feel like you’ve lived on the river your whole life kayaking and fishing staying here at this home. Pet and family friendly, our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock in the evening under the shelter of the dock and I enjoyed some wine and the sunset in the hammock after bed time. It was a wonderful experience and my family will definitely be returning to this home, it’s our new home away from home!
