Xanadu Condominium is a ground floor unit, tall ceilings and spacious.
There is a private patio with entrance to courtyard, pool & hot tub just around the corner!
Parking is just outside the door and free boat parking.
Everything newly remodeled with ventless washer & dryer all in one!
The WIFI is also super fast fiber cable!
This condo is centrally located and walking distance to many bars & restaurants as well as Rotary Park, the beach, recreational area, walking paths, golf course and skatepark! Even London Bridge is only a 10 minute walk.

Xanadu Getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated and super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Short walk to the London Bridge and many stores and restaurants. Enjoyed all the activities at the condo with the wonderful neighbors. Highly recommend this place.

Great Deal

Our condo was all that we needed with a front room, small but full kitchen, separate bathroom, and bedroom with two queen beds. We used the kitchen very little but it was outfitted with everything a kitchen should have. The front room TV was about 60 inches and mounted on a wall that all in the front room could see. The TV ran with Roku so the renter needed to supply their own user/password to run any of the streaming services. We were able to watch ESPN without a hitch. The bedroom was a bit crowded with the two queen beds but workable. Beds were comfortable. Off the bedroom was a walkin closet sufficiently large enough to dress in and hang all your clothes and it also functioned as a storage area. The condo had not particular window views but was on the 1st floor which was just fine. Just a comment about the lighting: one wall switch turned on/off just one of two sockets in wall plug, however, a second switch at the front door controlled the same wall socket; the lamp in the bedroom was finger touch the base to turn on, one more touch to brighten, one more touch to get maximum brightness, and one more touch to turn off; as a whole the condo could use a bit more wall sockets as it was challenging to find a location to charge our phones. All that aside we were pleased with the accomodations and had a wonderful warm weather break from winter at Lake Havasu.

Exactly what we were looking for

First of all, the communication with the property owner was awesome. Very clear and easy to understand directions. We had a few random questions during our stay and received immediate answers. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Had cooking utensils, plates, silverware, and other kitchen items available. Was surprised to see numerous ice trays in the freezer ready to go; which was especially nice since it was hot and we were ready to drink. The AC worked great. Has a smart TV in the living room which had access to Netflix, Prime, etc. However, no TV in the bedroom. Not a big deal but it would be nice to watch some tele in bed. Super close to London Bridge and all the restaurants. Very quite complex which allowed us to sleep in. Overall, great place with great communication!
