Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify a few important details for accuracy. Neither you nor the person who made the reservation stayed at the property—only your employees did. We responded immediately, inspected the home while they were still present, and confirmed there was no mold, no odor, and no residue on any vents. VRBO also reviewed the case and found no evidence of mold or any issue matching the claims made. It was clear during the inspection that the concerns were not related to cleanliness, but rather that your team was expecting accommodations similar to a luxury or 5-star hotel. If that level of accommodation was needed, a premium hotel such as the St. Regis or similar may have been a more suitable choice from the beginning. Even though the property was clean, serviced, and fully ready for the stay, we still issued a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill. For parking, the listing clearly states there is one designated parking spot, with additional street parking available. We take guest safety and cleanliness extremely seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation for future guests.
