This unique oceanfront property is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular views of the blue Pacific and the entire Poipu coastline from each unit. This small property has only 15 units, providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the world renowned Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. The sounds of the sea fill every room and each unit has full length lanais offering a great lookout for hours of watching turtles, dolphins, seasonal whales and brilliant sunsets.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. Beautiful ocean views. Meals on the lanai. Wonderful location in South Poipu area. Visit for the ocean and beaches, not for the tiny pool.

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful location with a fair price. We had a great view from our balcony, even saw some sea turtles. The unit was clean and the AC worked well. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The managing office staff was quick to respond to our questions.

Fabulous

We loved our stay here. The view is amazing of the ocean and the condo was beautifully decorated. It had everything we need to prepare meals. There is a loft with beds and couch with TV which comes in handy for diverse TV tastes. The location is within walking distance to some great beaches but we drive most days. Definitely would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our Stay at Poipu Makai A3. The view was phenomenal. Bunk beds for kids was awesome. All the beach gear that came along was great. We all had a blast boogie boarding. Recommend this in a heartbeat to anyone interested. Hoping to come again next time

Great location, beautiful view

The view could not be beat! Quiet location and easy access to south-end sites. The house was a good size for our group of 7 and generally had all we needed to live comfortably for a week. We were disappointed that the upstairs TV wasn’t working and were inconvenienced by the dryer not working - hopefully the on-site team can get those fixed quickly for the next group.

Breathtaking view of the ocean

We loved our stay and spent most of our time on the Lanai watching turtles, looking for dolphins and listening to the waves. The rooms were a perfect setup for our group of 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing eye masks if you glide to sleep in the dark as the curtains and blinds were only partial and the complex lights remain on outside.

Popui Ocean Front

This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only negatives I would say is that the door lock code we were sent did not work so we had to call Vacasa to get the code for the lock box and then use the single key to access the property. Also the parking is a little difficult to get in and out of.

Whale of a good time!!!

We enjoyed staying at this property. Every morning and evening we were able to watch whale activity from our lanai. There were plenty of beach items at the property to use down at the beach! The only disappointment was the “plunge pool” . It was only 4ft deep and all the chair cushions had what appeared to have black mold. I believe the island recently had flooding, so I made sure to send photos and an email to the property management team. We would definitely stay here again. Watching turtles come on the beach at night was awesome! Puka Dog and Brenneke’s were amazing! We also enjoyed a boat tour with Blue Dolphin Charters. Captain Nate, Rob, and Billy were great! We have photos and videos of the whales that we will cherish always!

Vacation

This property is in a great location. Poipu beach is located walking distance away (even though we still drove). The unit was very close to the upper level parking. There was always enough parking. With the exception of the outside light at the entrance if the unit being out, the unit it self was great. More than enough room for a party of 6. The unit was stocked with all items that we needed. They had beach supplies including beach towels, chairs, ice chests, umbrellas, and sand toys. All came in handy. The rooms were all great size. Very nice rental.

Wonderful time in Kauai

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the unit was breathtaking and there were sea turtles right off the coast all day! The unit had everything you could need and was quite comfortable!

Ideal space on the south shore
