Very nice and clean 1 bedroom apartment in Beachfront resort. Large heated swimming pool and professional gym. Fully equipped kitchen. Linens and towels provided. Private WiFi and basic cable TV and Roku. Parking is paid at the resort: $100 per week/ $125 2 weeks. For short stays we offer $20/$15 per night please as for instructions. Amenity key purchase is required during check in for $30 for each two adults. At least one guest must be 21 or older to check in.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. On the beach with 2 pools. Lots of places within walking distance and never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber. Ready to book this location again.

The place was filthy. There was no cold water from the kitchen tap. The bathroom light kept burning out. There were no blankets (we had to ask), there were no oven mitts, the stove took a long time to heat up, the dishwasher was broken. Honestly, the place was gross and even though the hosts tried to accommodate, they couldn’t make up for the fact that it lacked supplies and appliances were broken. We should’ve reached out to VRBO but I didn’t realize that was an option. As well, the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t so the listing wasn’t accurate. There were also no kitchen dish towels. The whole thing was a disaster and I’d never rent here again!

Condo was clean and had a good location. There was significant street noise. I highly recommend checking the sargassum seaweed forecast as it significantly impacted the beach and water quality. Most unfortunately, the condo stated wifi available but it wasn't working. The host was very slow to respond and didn't fix it during our 3 night stay. We spent way too much vacation time calling, and texting with VRBO and the host. Promised 1 night refund not credited. Beware.

The room was fantastic. You can’t beat the location. The beds were comfy and had everything that we needed. If anything, the room could use some new pillows. A few more garbage bags would be helpful too! Maybe some extra toilet paper and paper towels would be helpful too! You can’t beat the price and location. Thankful to have the beach chairs and umbrella too! This place is worth the money. Thank you for a great place to stay for my birthday!
