✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or pine straw.

✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Pool and spa heating is available for $100/day. Please order pool spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival. Heating is limited to 20 F above the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ The fireplace is only for decoration and is not for guest use due to liability.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
