We're welcoming our first guests at this amazing build! The South Star Estate is the perfect destination for large families seeking adventure in the mountains of Colorado, and luxurious accommodations! Located in the White River National Forest, mere minutes from downtown Breck, and featuring a new private hot tub to relax in after a day of mountain exploration. The vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring warm sunlight and incredible views to the open layout. The adjacent home is also available for rental, which makes this home suitable for corporate retreats or other low-key family gatherings. Please note that this home is not meant for hosting events or parties.

The Great Room/Kitchen/Dining:
Designed for entertaining, the contemporary and cozy decor of the main living space features a leather sofa perfect for curling up next to watch a movie on the flat screen TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing everything from a simple breakfast to a grand dinner. You'll find all the conveniences you'd expect at home and more, including a stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop with a pot filler, oversize refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with a single-serve option, and more.

Beneath a stunning chandelier, gather your group at the dining table, which has bench-style seating. There are four additional comfortable leather chairs sit at the marble countertop of the spacious kitchen island. You'll have a huge terrain map of the slopes to plan your day on the mountain as well.

Outdoor Living:
Outside, you're greeted with magnificent mountain views, as well as a brand new private hot tub. The hot tub is serviced prior to your arrival, and plenty of extra towels are provided. We also have comfortable chairs for relaxing outdoors.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has a SmartTV! Please bring your login details from home. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and closet space to store your belongings during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, plus a fireplace. The en-suite bathroom features two vanities plus a walk-in shower, with a specialty head that offers different pressure settings for ultimate relaxation. There is also a private balcony with beautiful mountain views.
The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has a set of full-over-full bunk beds.
There is an additional room with a queen bed, though please keep in mind that the maximum occupancy for this home is 10 guests.
There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and another with a shower-tub combination.

Lower Level:
The lower level is perfect for entertainment! Featuring an oversized leather couch, pool table, a tournament dart board, and a multicade game, plus a flatscreen TV and board games, you'll have multiple activities suitable for different age groups and friendly family competitions.

Additional features and notes:
This home has high-speed WIFI and private parking for up to four cars; four-wheel drive is required in the winter. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. Extra towels are also provided for the hot tub. We take care of cleaning and servicing the hot tub before and after your stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor grilling during the summer season. Please be aware that the grills are unavailable for use during the winter months.

This home is not pet-friendly and does not allow large events or smoking. The cool mountain breeze makes air conditioning unnecessary. Please be aware this home has a doorbell camera. This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 7 months.
