Charming cottage with AC in St. Augustine - 3 bedrooms available

Unwind in St. Augustine at this charming cottage. Our cozy cottage features a two queen beds and one full size bed, two bathrooms, a living room, a full galley kitchen, and a screened seating area. The kitchen includes a fridge, coffee service, kettle, toaster, microwave and stove. There are also numerous world class great restaurants in the area ! A charcoal grill is available.

This is an ideal location for sightseers, historians, nature lovers, wedding attendees, beachgoers and all around world adventurers.
The space
Our cottage is a beautiful house that was built in 1935. The cottage has all of the modern amenities needed for a peaceful and fun stay. The second oldest tree in St. Augustine is located on our street. The downtown historic district is a short walk away. You can also walk down to Oyster Creek for relaxing and fishing.
Guest access
At the Davis House you will have access to the entire house, the front garden and the rear patio of the cottage. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything St. Augustine and our cottage has to offer.

Great weekend cottage

We stayed here for a quick girls weekend. Place was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of amenities. Close to historic district. We had one little issue but the owner responded quickly and took care of it in no time.

Great friends weekend

Loved the cottage. Was perfect for 5 of us. Great location. Easy walking to several places. Easy check in and communication with owners. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely book a stay here again!!

Family Getaway

We’ve been to St. Augustine several times and stayed in different locations. This was a new area for us but close to the main part of town. Within a block or less there were several good restaurants and a fun bar on the corner that had a pool table, corn hole, Foosball, Darts, and lots of other games. Between the daytime activities and family games at night, we spent quality time together without devices!
