Host was excellent, but aspects of this location were unexpected and unclear from the description and pictures. Problems were, poorly maintained alley entrance. Hard to read tumblers on gate remote lock box. High entrance threshold to step over that also precluded wheelchair access. Toilet is not firmly secured and rocks severely. Toilet paper holder is a clumsy afterthought. Dryer in bathroom vents in the bathroom itself instead of outside creating an unpleasant temperature arrangement. No real make-up area for get ready. On the plus side, fully stocked kitchen with appliances and all pots and pans, glassware and silverware needs. Good lighting, large TV, good AC unit. Nice bed, adequate closet. Low price may have reflected the compromises. We switched to an extended stay suite hotel offering instead for slightly more cost, but same features plus easier parking and maid service etc. So I am not convinced these low cost private offerings are competitive with hoteling. Perhaps at the higher ranges for the use of a whole house it works out better.
