The Beachside is a custom built three bedroom, two bath home located in Holmes Beach. This spectacular home is west of Gulf Drive for easy beach access with no busy streets to cross. There is a wonderful heated, salt water pool and spa for your use. The pool area is tropical and spacious with a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. It’s surrounded by swaying palms and native landscaping. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance.
There is a full size washer and dryer and multiple walk-in closets for extra storage. There is a large, gourmet kitchen. The Beachside has just been furnished from top to bottom with brand new, beautiful furnishings. The master bathroom features a beautiful whirl pool bath tub to relax in after a hard day at the beach.
There is a 50” television with a DVD player in the living room, a 40" television in the master bedroom, and a 32” television in the guest bedroom. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is provided.
