Welcome to Sur La Mer a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home located in the gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. Immerse yourself in nature in this serene community just steps away from powder white sand beaches. Enjoy deeded beach access down a private boardwalk, two pools, tennis, and pickleball, and close proximity to dune lakes, shops, restaurants, and trails.
Sur La Mer was newly built in 2023 and furnished in a comfortable and modern coastal style. The home features high-end finishes, appliances, multiple outdoor spaces, and an abundance of natural light.
