Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning that the home was impeccably clean and that I was very responsive. I work hard to make sure every guest has a 5-star experience, reaching out before check-in, after arrival, and before departure to make sure everything is perfect. That’s why I was surprised to see a 4-star rating after such positive comments. Reviews like that can be discouraging, as they impact small hosts like myself even when guests say everything was great. I truly appreciate your stay and always welcome any suggestions in real time so I can make things even better.
