Perfect up north heaven

The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need for an up north stay. The property was private and serene with all neighbors a good distance away. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach but you can easily drive and park along the road. Would definitely book and stay here again!

Great cabin

Great place and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend to others. Very clean and updated cabin. Two things that I did not like include the location and the Ring camera. The location of the property is not clear on the VRBO listing and is over 1/2 mile from the lake. I did not care for the Ring camera as I feel like I was being watched.

Hey Ryan, thanks for staying!! Sorry for the Ring camera, we live so far away I use this to track the house while we are away and all the people working on the house. You are always welcome to cover it during your stay! I don't use it for guests, just to manage the house from across the country:) And did you guys find the lake access on Hitchcock Road? It is just a 1/2 mile from the cabin and has a nice beach and dock which are open to the public!

Nicely updated cottage. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, nice to have 2 bathrooms. TV access was great to have for any down time and news. WiFi was great. The beach access was 0.6 miles from cottage. Very friendly neighbors. The bath towels smelled of cigarette smoke and heavy fragrance. But, I simply re-washed and dried the towels and all was good. We enjoyed our stay there!

This house fit 2 families comfortably. Nice updates. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 are for the following reasons. I had to reach out to the host for check-in instructions. I’ve never had to do that before and was nervous when it came time to leave and still hadn’t received a door code or any information at all. Second reason were the beds. They were SO hard. My oldest son decided to sleep on the couch because it was much softer. But none of these issuers are detrimental and we had a great time! Having garage access was a plus. House had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay!
