This townhome is conveniently located 1 block from Main Street Frisco and close to I-70 for easy access to all of your adventures! Featuring a kitchen stocked with all the necessities, a comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths to accommodate up to 9 guests. There are multiple trailheads nearby and the free bus shuttle is located 0.2 miles away. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Mount Royal and the convenient location!

The space:

When you walk in the front door, you’re welcomed with an open floor plan including the living room, dining room, kitchen and deck. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you’ll need, including a coffee maker, coffee filters, a toaster, crock pot, blender, baking and cooking pans, salt, pepper, oil, basic seasonings, and more! The living room is equipped with a wood burning fireplace and TV.

Upstairs you will find a king bedroom equipped with a TV, desk, personal deck, and en suite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and toddler bed with a kids fort, table, books and toys. The second full bathroom is located right next to the bedroom.

On the bottom floor you’ll find a king bed and a bunk bed with queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a TV and a full en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom with detergent and dryer sheets.

Each bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.

There is 1 garage space, 1 parking spot in front of the garage, and 1 parking spot in front of the steps.

Available in garage: Level 2 - 9.8 kW Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector (40 amp / 245 volt). Payment of $22 required in advance to unlock the charger daily from 8:30pm-6:30am (10 hour window). EV charging is only permitted using installed Tesla hardware. Charging with any other outlets or extension cables into the unit is prohibited and not included in your stay. Flexible billing and extended charging hours available on request at an extra cost.

Please ask if you need an early check-in or check-out and I`ll let you know if I`m able to accommodate. I`m more than happy to be flexible when there isn`t a back-to-back booking. If you check out late, you will be charged $150 up to 11am. If you check-out after 11am, you will be charged $300.
