Away from the hustle and bustle of the casinos and beach bars, but still only 10 mins from Philipsburg and 20 mins from Simpson Bay, our condo is located at the French border with beautiful views of the sea below, and St Barths on the horizon.

The condo is in a secure, gated area, with maid services available as needed, and a large swimming pool with lounge area. Or if you prefer the beach, just walk down the hill and you are on the expansive Dawn Beach with restaurants and kiosks at the new Marriott resort next door.
