Quiet neighborhood with pine trees to gaze at from the second story deck.

Clean house with good bikes. Appliances worked well and nice TVs in all the bedrooms.

The house was clean and had a nineties charm. The only concerning thing was a tobacco smoke smell to the house particularly in the laundry room. But once we aired the house out and got the AC running the smell dissipated. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The Sharc passes were great and we appreciate it. Overall we had a good family vacation.

We skied Bachelor for 3 days. The house was great. Well laid out and stocked. Wee we wanted for nothing. Would definitely come back.

Much needed vacation

Our family spent 5 days hanging in the cul de sac at Witchhazel 16. It was perfectly quiet and the full time neighbors were very friendly. The property itself was clean and well maintained, however, is in need of some serious updating and the kitchen utensils and pans were fairly lack luster. For the cost of one days stay the owners could definitely restock the kitchen with some new pans. Otherwise, there is not a thing to complain about! It was a great place, clean, and cozy.

Wonderful, and super comfortable home with excellent kitchen and home amenities. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Smooth and simple check in process. The home was very clean. We had an absolutely wonderful time in this house. The deck was great and we loved the hot tub. We would all love to stay in this house again and hope to do so!

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable house. We hope to rent it again in the summer.

Great little getaway on the north end of Sunriver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well appointed, and inviting, and offered the perfect home base for four nights of pre-Thanksgiving fun in Central Oregon. Would book this listing again!

This was a great house with good layout and everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. Yes a bit dated but whose house isn't? Everything worked and well organized. We would definitely rent it again. Real close to family who are full time residents so works great for us.

Sunriver Retreat

It was a great house, great location, well stocked, (kitchen) the 5 passes for the SHARC were great, but, in the end we figured we need something bigger. We definitely plan on using Mountain Resort agency again. Thank you, The Decker's

Hospitality Eh?

Got in late, after 5pm. Code did not work.. Gal on the phone was extremely helpful. (Intereseting that one only has a 1/2 hr window with which to check in. 4:30-5:pm.. Ok no worries. Go to bed in the master. Horrible bed. Hot tub that does shut off every two minutes twenty seconds, give or take a few seconds. It manages to run for a minute 20 seconds or so. All Day And All Night.... Yes this is Goldilocks... It became apparent the next day as we genuinely were going to check out of this horrible experience. We had ridden all day on our Harley for a paid for reserved nice looking place for our anniversary. The condescending brunette representing you must be in charge of guest of the desk. I was concerned there would be an additional charge for changing beds, and I did not wish to pay for this. So as being called "Goldilocks" ( your inside joke for people who have a problem nobody ever complains about), I did my best to keep it simple with this highly insulting woman.. This was my anniversary with my wife. We have rented more than a handful of houses, and well I guess we are to be insulted "cause we are the "renters"... Wow... This representative of yours' did however explain that we could use all of the beds anyway we wanted. I had previously checked the best bed in the house and was planning on using it. It is in the dungeon right under the hot tub that runs, and runs, and runs. This room is so stuffed with a redundant dresser right in the middle of the entry to the room.. Does anyone really check this stuff out? Yes, that is me Goldilocks, just trying to share stuff that should already be important.. We found the note from the gentleman that came out to look at it. I figure he did not get all the information from the woman at the desk. He said the noise it was making was caused by a bearing in the pump. We had already explained this constant running thing was killing the owners hot tub. So this is just a small look into your' guest services, and their professionalism... I will say kudos to the nice well informed, polite, and genuine Lady that helped us in to the house when we arrived, and to the wonderful Lady that checked us out... Their natural abilities should be exemplified. They felt like one in the same.. Thank You. john eder
