Sea Isle Sailfish! Canal front in popular Sea Isle! Pet Friendly!

Hello Drew, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and the canal access, as well as the screened-in deck, responsive communication, and reliable AC. We appreciate your suggestions regarding kayaks, a paddle board, and the organization of the primary bedroom closets, and we'll share your feedback with our team for consideration. Thank you for mentioning the stairs as well, as that can be helpful information for future guests. We're happy the home met your needs overall and would love to host you again in the future!

Hi Patrice, thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear the home felt comfortable and easy to settle into. We love that you noticed the cabinet labels — we hoped they’d help make guests feel more at home and organized during their stay. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, along with the swing and hammock. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating it was not to gain access to the guest suite and the difficulty in reaching us. We’ve taken note of the app issue you encountered with the “Message Host” feature and will be contacting VRBO to investigate and resolve that error, as it is outside our control. That said, we take full responsibility for the lack of communication and resolution on our end. We're already addressing your request for a refund and are taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Again, we regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
