Experience convenient and comfortable living staying at our studio in our newly built duplex home. Located centrally in Hilo. You will be just 3 miles from Hilo airport, Liliuokalani Park and Garden, Carlsmith Beach Park, and many other popular attractions and restaurants. This spacious house sleeps up to 3. Enjoy the proximity to Volcanoes National Park, Rainbow Falls, Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden and much more!

Start your vacation at this centrally located home, surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and beaches! If you are visiting Hilo for business, this space is ideal as well, high-speed internet through Spectrum (300mbps). Our beautiful floors, modern kitchen, and walk-in shower give the space a luxury feel. In addition to the one queen size bed,. there is twin size daybed to accommodate extra guests; please note there are no extra beds. Air mattresses are available upon request.

Please Note: As this is a multi-unit property, guests may occasionally hear normal household noise from the upstairs unit, including footsteps and general activity.

Private parking is on-site at the entrance of the apartment. Please let us know if you will need space for more than 2 vehicles. Shared laundry room available on property.Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. Property manager on site.

I loved staying at Maggie’s studio in Hilo. It was really clean and spacious. There were plenty of parking and I like the usage of having a kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer. I would come back and stay here again the next time I’m back at the big island.

Was very convenient to the city and the tourist spots around. We had no issues other than a little noise from upstairs that was mentioned in other reviews We contacted Maggie once about a remote that wasn’t working and she responded quickly and corrected the problem. We would rent the place again.

Major cross streets within a 10th of a mile grocery store, gas station, Baskin-Robbins Subway McDonald’s Walmart. Easy to get down to the marina and Beach area in the Hilo proper airport close by. Laundry in garage. Modern.

Great location

The studio is great, and the only issue was figuring out the location of the front door to the studio, which is inside the garage. Some noise when other occupants overhead, otherwise it’s a great location.

Extended stay

I stayed there for two weeks. Nice studio apartment in a duplex. The only downside is it’s next to a busy road and when people are in the other unit above you, you can hear them walking around. Otherwise a great place to stay.

First time in Hilo

Property was very comfortable and had easy access to stores restaurants and other conveniences. It is a large studio and had all the necessary amenities. Only negative thing was the noise from the upstairs unit. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent studio property

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent and easy communication with host. Nice new laundry facilities on the premises, just outside our door. Beautiful property, especially for an extended stay because my husband was working on the island for a while. Lovely!

The property itself was clean and in a convenient location, but prospective guests should be aware that noise travels extremely easily throughout the building. We could clearly hear every footstep, running, and movement from the unit above us, especially early in the morning and late at night.The floor/ceiling construction appears to provide very little sound insulation, and the constant creaking and footsteps significantly impacted our ability to relax and sleep during our stay. If you are a light sleeper or traveling with young children, this is something to consider before booking.The host was responsive and did provide a partial credit for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. However, the noise issue was substantial enough that we would likely choose a different property in the future.
