Fully Remodeled Modern 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house. Sleeps up to 9 people and is perfect for your escape to St. Charles. The bedrooms feature 2 king beds, 2 full beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The property exudes a soothing and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to unwind. We hope you enjoy what our place and St. Charles has to offer.

Main level: Big Living Room with Smart TV, Fireplace to cozy up with Family. Modern Open Eat-in Kitchen with Custom cabinets, Stainless Appliances, White Quartz Countertops, Breakfast Island and dining area with a table. Master Bedroom King bed and Smart TV. Modern Tub Bath with big vanity (not connected to the bedroom).
Upper Level: 2nd Massive Bedroom with 1 King and 1 Full beds, with smart TV. 3rd Bedroom with Queen Bed and Office Desk. 4th Bedroom with 1 Full and 1 Twin Beds with Smart TV. Full Modern Bathroom with Shower.
Big Yard with Patio and Patio Furniture where you can enjoy some time with family & friends. 3 Car Parking spaces in the driveway. Washer and drier in the basement.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Potential Guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before booking. (The info below will prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you!

This two level home is very modern and spacious! Three bedrooms, living room and family, room sleeps 6 people. (Two in each of the bedrooms) Big yard and a very nice deck with deck furniture in the back.

BOOKING INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior issues and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.
--Guests that are above the age of 25.
--Guests who are not bringing pets.

We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

(For your safety and property safety ring cameras have been installed outside at the front and back of the house).

***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.)
We can provide upon request in advance a Pack n Play portable crib, a baby High chair and 0-24m infant Tub (See picture). Please let us know as soon as you book so we can have the baby items ready. Guests are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.***

CHECK-IN INFO:
--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through the messenger.
--Check-in is between 4 and 9 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)
--Our cancellation policy is firm.


HOUSE AMMENITIES:
--Every guest based on guest count provided in the reservation gets a set of 3 towels (One Body, One Face and One Wash Cloth) for the duration of the stay. As a courtesy to our guests we also provide Washer&Dryer (located at the house lower level), detergent, and softener.
--This rental includes a MODERN KITCHEN WITH BIG ISLAND with a fridge/freezer, farmhouse sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.
--Along with coffee, Green tea and sweetener are provided.
--Salt/pepper are provided.
--A hair dryer and showering essentials are provided. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage for clothing. There is also an iron and ironing board in the closet in the hallway next to the kitchen
--A few board games/books are available for your use.
--Guests can park in the driveway--There is room for 3 vehicles to park on the driveway. Please do NOT block sidewalk. Free public street parking is also available during the day on the house side of the street.

TECHNOLOGY:
--Four flat screen smart TVs (one in the living room upstairs and one in the master bedroom on the main level, one in the 2nd bedroom with king and full beds, and one in the 4th bedroom with full and twin beds).
--Fast speed 800Mbps Wifi is provided.
--A washer/dryer is available for your use in the basement. Detergent provided.



HOUSE RULES:

We are committed in providing a safe, clean and joyful environment for your stay. Please respect our home that we so thoughtfully prepared for you by following these simple rules:

● GUESTS: The maximum amount of Guests and Visitors combined in the house AT ANY TIME is 9.

-Extra Guests or visitors: If more guests or visitors than initially permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on our policies or we might request that you vacate the property. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.
-If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent
any misunderstandings.

● NO PARTIES/EVENTS are to be held inside or outside the house.

● No pets allowed.

● NO SMOKING, vaping or E cigarettes of any kind are 100% NOT allowed indoors. There will be a minimum of $495 fee for ozone air cleaning services should this rule be violated.

● PARKING: The driveway can have up to 3 cars. Please park them closer to the house in order Not To Block the sidewalk. The village is very strict about that and we don’t want you to get a ticket. There is no overnight street parking.

● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. (We respect our neighbors and don’t want to disturb them!). Please be courteous with your volume level.

● Guests can’t tamper with the internet or the outside ring cameras. Any such action can lead to a cancellation of the reservation.

● Respect the CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT times (in 4p.m-9 p.m. / out no later than 10am) unless you’ve made other arrangements with us.

● Do NOT rearrange the furniture

● TEMPERATURE: To conserve energy, please keep the thermostat between 66 and 74 degrees...Before leaving, please set the thermostat to 70. IN WINTER months please do NOT use A/C. It is winterized and can cause damages if turned on.

● If you have babies/infants, note that this home is not baby proofed. Furniture is not secured to walls, there are no outlet covers, cabinets are not locked, etc. Guests are responsible for ensuring their children’s safety.

● And the most important rule of all: RELAX! Seriously, unwind and enjoy!

The house was very well put together and clean. Kitchen had what we needed and worked out very well for a family or group of friends staying together for a few evenings.

Property was exactly as advertised. We were looking for a clean, quiet rental close to downtown and that's exactly what we got.I recommend this rental to anyone seeking those amenities. One note: the upstairs bedrooms (3) are equipped with ceiling fans which were helpful moving the air around and making the air conditioning more efficient.

The location for us was perfect. We know the area but if you don't this is an excellent location to have access to the downtown area. The house is older but kept in very good condition. The front door stuck but it was very hot and humid (plus, older home) so that wasn't too surprising. The kitchen is well stocked and the house has all the modern amenities ( dishwasher, fabulous gas stove, washer/dryer). Thanks for the little welcome :). If we need a place that can house a group of people when we come back to Illinois, your place will be on the top of our list!
