This was an excellent place to stay. A walk to a grocery store and the beach. We would stay here again for sure! The host was friendly and helpful. Love it that they had a dog.

We really enjoyed the stay! Great area close to restaurant, stores and easy access to beach. The place was very clean including the kitchen had all you utensils needed. Great communication with the host immediate response. The pool was delightful. All in all thumps up. Thank you. MARIA

Great location close to beaches. Centralized on the island making it easy to do exploratory day trips. Worked well with our small dog. Nice park within walking distance. Gated neighborhood with security guard. Consistent WI-FI & Electric allowed us to work remotely. Also nice to have washer/dryer on site. Hosts were great!

Very quiet , me and my girlfriend had a great time , place was very clean . Walkable distance to the beach. Supermarket was right around the corner so we got some things to make our own breakfast, we got to enjoy the pool. Amazing stay , we would definitely come back.

Lovely place to stay in San Juan

We had a great time, our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, we parked on the street right in front and it was very convenient. (If you are new to ocean park, it does take a minute to figure out the gate system and where to get in and out of the neighborhood but it wasn’t too hard). The grocery store is literally around the corner, and it’s an easy walk to the beach and to great spots on the loiza st area. I would recommend this unit most for a couple, there’s a sweet little pool to refresh in, and a little outdoor space. We loved it!

The apartment is conveniently located near the supermarket and beach. The pool is perfect! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The security is constantly monitoring the area and the community is gated, we felt really safe. However, the bathroom is TINY and there’s only 1 mirror in the entire apartment. Getting ready for 2 females was a challenge especially since the outlet in the bathroom needs to be replaced. We also had low water pressure which was not the fault of the property owner, but the toilet plunger was also broken and we went several days with toilet issues. A plumber did come out and was able to plunge the toilet for us. He was extremely nice. Also, we only had internet for 1 day of our 5 day stay. Usually internet access isn’t an issue for me however I had assignments I needed to completely while on vacation. The host said there was a community outage. So just remember while staying here that it is a redeveloping country and our privileged amenities may not be available at all times.

My daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break. The apartment was ground floor, clean and as in description. The bathroom was small but clean with wonderful shower and nice towels. We enjoyed the kitchen and living room which gave us some space when needed. The host sent detailed information to get into unit (the key box was a bit challenging to open even though the directions and video sent were excellent). When I sent a question about grocery store the Host sent a video on how to get from the unit to the store which is so very close. The unit had most everything for cooking including knives, cutting boards and pots/pans. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk away with gorgeous sand and water! The beach towels in the unit were a wonderful treat as well as a beach chair we could borrow. We did not go swimming due to high rip current risks, so we went back to the pool at the apartment. Small but cool, clean and refreshing. We enjoyed sitting out on the chairs in front of our unit for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We did not rent a car but choose to Uber or walk most places. There was parking out front for a car if you have one. Overall this was a perfect place for us to enjoy our first trip to Puerto Rico and San Juan. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A nightmare was what I lived in that house.. I arrived at the place and they never told me which house it was.. I opened the house in the photo and the code they sent me.. I sent two messages to the host, she never answered me.. I wanted to be sure which was the house.. after 5 days.. they took all my belongings and my family's and that's when I found out I was in the wrong house.. I do not recommend it to anyone.. The host is the most inhuman person I have ever met.. I even had to leave the house, because the situation gave my husband a nervous breakdown.. the people who took my belongings forgot my shampoo and conditioner and my son's, baby wipes, a soap that she used special for my skin and the top of one of my Invisalign Braces.. I do not recommend what I lived that day to anyone.

What a Sweet Find!

This little apartment was perfect for my daughter and me: it had everything we needed and the layout was very comfortable. You can tell Rob and Maria put a lot of care into every detail. The place was spic and span when we got there, and there was even a filter jug full of cold water in the fridge. There was plenty of space (and hangers) for our stuff, so no issue there. I cooked breakfast a few times and heated up food, and it was well stocked with all the utensils we needed.I did have a few hiccups with my WiFi connection (it eventually worked), but Rob and Maria were very responsive and helpful. Their handyman, Angel, and his wife are the sweetest—Angel was there when we got there and made sure we were ok, and when we left he went out of his way to help with the suitcases (in the rain!) The apartment is short walk from the beach down a neighborhood sidewalk. The water was perfectly clear and absolutely gorgeous, it was such a treat to have it so close by. It's also centrally located to all the fun places. A lot of them you can even walk to, including my favorite bakery and some cute little cafés and restaurants. I'm from Puerto Rico originally, and my friends and family all loved it when they stopped by to pick me up. Oh, and there's a nice little pool (we didn't use it because the beach was so close) and the holy grail: a washer and dryer.

We really do try to pay attention to the little details — from having cold filtered water ready in the fridge to making sure there are plenty of hangers and a well-stocked kitchen — so it’s wonderful to hear that those touches made a difference. We also appreciate your patience with the WiFi hiccup. Sometimes technology has its own personality 😅 but we’re always happy to jump in quickly when needed. I’ll be sure to share your sweet words with Angel and his wife — they genuinely care about our guests, and I know they’ll be so happy to hear this (especially about the rainy suitcase rescue!). It sounds like you made the most of the beach and the neighborhood — the clear water and those nearby bakeries and cafés really are special. Being centrally located is one of the things we love most about the area too. We would absolutely love to host you again anytime you’re back visiting Puerto Rico.
