Welcome to Palo Verde Lake House! Our home is a relaxing atmosphere to get away with family and friends. Enjoy time on the beautiful lake, gorgeous hiking trails, old downtown shopping and restaurants, and everything else in between that Havasu has to offer. After a fun day out, plan to relax and lounge in comfort with the spectacular pool and covered patio with a fenced yard.
THE SPACE:

Our home is modernly decorated to provide our guests with unparalleled privacy and comfort during their stay.
A fully loaded kitchen is ready for the entire family or guests. It is equipped with amenities, such as spices, oils, toaster, blender, baking dishes, pots and pans that make cooking a breeze. The kitchen has a Keurig Coffee maker with a drip coffee maker attached, comes with all the ingredients you need to make the perfect morning cup of coffee or tea. With all of these features, you can be sure that your kitchen is ready to tackle any cooking challenge. The adjoining dining area features a new dining room set with padded chairs, seats up to 7 guests. There is additional 4 person seating at the kitchen bar.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with modern decor. Each bedroom has plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath and a Roku smart tv. The additional bedrooms have a king bed in 1 and 2 full size beds in the other. Each room has a Roku smart tv to stream your favorite shows.
We are very proud of our home and want to ensure all of our guests have a 5-star stay. To that end, we have a few guidelines for guests:
QUIET HOURS
Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM - 7 AM.
Absolutely No Amplified music after 8 pm.
We want you to enjoy our home, your visit, socializing, and use of our amenities. We are certain you would agree that loud, disruptive, or destructive behavior is not acceptable. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
GUEST INFORMATION
*Must be 25+ years old to book
*No third party bookings allowed. Guest must be staying at the property.
* No extra guests other than those listed on the reservation.
SECURITY CAMERAS
*Eufy doorbell - Motion sensor, doorbell sensor, records on motion
*Outdoor front yard camera facing the driveway, records on motion
*Outdoor back patio, facing the yard, motion sensor and records on motion
- All cameras are in place for safety and liability reasons
PETS
Sorry we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must.
> You will be charged an extra cleaning fee and fined $200 if this rule is not followed.
SMOKING AND VAPING
*Absolutely No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors with windows and door shut. We kindly ask you pick up after yourself.
POOL
Guest will be required to sign a pool waiver for all guests staying at property.
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
Please Do Not touch the pool equipment.
*Pool is not heated and is Seasonal
DEPOSITS AND STAYS
A deposit of $250 - $800 may be required for bookings on holidays.
Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement.
For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate.
BBQ Grill
BBQ grill is run off propane. We try to keep the tanks full but on occasion they could run low. If you run out of propane please refill and send your host the receipt and we will get you reimbursed. Please clean the BBQ grill after each use.
Snowbird Rental:
$4800 per month. (Includes utilities and cleaning fee. )

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home including the garage for the pool table and bathroom only. There is no parking a vehicle and/or boat in the garage.
Extra long driveway allows for boat and vehicle parking.
There is no access to the Supply Closets in the garage and NO ACCESS to Loft in the Garage. Violators will be fined $200 if these areas are tampered with or if this rule is not followed.
