Plenty of room for everyone, easy to get to beach, fun town within walking distance, great home and pool/hot tub, these hosts thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Location was exceptional!! Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and truly right on the beach with all the beach supplies you could need. Views from the porches of the home were stunning. It was a lovely property. Our only complaint is that we were not able to enjoy the backyard and pool because the mosquitoes were swarming. But we loved being on the beach. I’d give this place a 9/10!

10 out of 10! This Vilano Beach home exceeded every expectation. It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near the beach and everything St. Augustine has to offer. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return without hesitation!

We absolutely loved the weekend! The house was amazing, and the location is incredible. We’ve stayed in St Aug once before but it was further up the island - being this close to the bridge, Publix, etc… is huge. Beach still wasnt very crowded.Went into town given it was so close, but we ended up having friends over - there’s plenty of room and it’s set up for it. Highly recommend

Comfy beachfront home

Kitchen has all utensils plus more than needed but could use updating cabinets and floor. Beautiful home and location.

Thanks for your feedback. The owners just bought this home in June and have consistantly made renovations since then. The kitchen and flooring are on the “To-Do List” right after the new siding, and upscale full redesigned private pool, patio, and porch area.

Great house and location

The house was great for 2 families with 5 kids. The beach view is beautiful. Love that it was in walking distance of Publix, a couple restaurants, and the pier. We also appreciated that it was well-stocked with all the essentials, including spices and beach towels. We had an issue with the lockbox upon checkin, but they were responsive in resolving it. Also, there is no outdoor dining table (but the indoor dining table has a great view!). Would stay here again.

We had an exceptional stay in this house on Vilano Beach in St. Augustine. The house was great for those wanting a beach vacation with little hassle. The kitchen and dining area is clean with ample space for preparing and sharing a group meal. Publix was directly down the driveway and across the street. House is not near the street so it didn’t feel busy. It was quiet except for some pounding caused by construction being done on a nearby home. I never heard any road noise, mostly listened to ocean surf and birds. All beach gear was provided (umbrellas, chairs, towels, and sand toys). The pool was really nice and equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys. The house has 2 large washers and dryers. If I had a do over I’d only bring a carry on suitcase. The air conditioner was a problem on the 2nd floor (wasn’t working upon arrival). The host was responsive, had it looked at immediately, and saw that all of the rooms had cooling throughout our stay. The house would be difficult for those who can’t navigate stairs as getting to the 1st floor and to the beach via the boardwalk required going up/down stairs. I’d go back to this house.
