We truly enjoyed hosting your group! I am so incredibly sorry for the frustrating experience you had with the hot water during your showers, especially after a long day at the beach. Our property utilizes an on-demand water heater system that relies on a manual fuel supply. Unfortunately, the fuel ran out unexpectedly during your evening showers. Because I was away at a prior engagement at the time, I didn’t see your text message right away. Had you called or knocked on the door, we would have been able to handle the manual replacement immediately to get the hot water running for the rest of your group. As soon as I saw your message, I was glad we could get it sorted for your morning showers, but I completely understand how uncomfortable it was to have your evening interrupted. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate our setup to future guests. We wish you and your group all the best in your future travels!
