Overall, we had an excellent stay and experience and highly recommend this property. It is extremely well located in a desirable neighborhood: a few minutes walk from a very nice sandy beach, from the marina park where free public events are organized, from quality food stores, ice-cream parlor and restaurants, and reasonable walking distance from downtown Traverse City. The property is welcoming with a charming blue siding and white trim and a nice yard including a fenced front yard and a fenced backyard both with well maintained lawn , in ground and potted well kept plants and flowers and a furnished deck and a gas grill to enjoy outdoor dining. The interior of the house is also beautifully decorated, extremely clean and luminous with a balance of antique charm and modern amenities with quality materials. The living space and 2 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is well decorated and practical and stocked with more accessories than most luxury hotels and even includes a modern set of full-size washer and dryer we used. The kitchen looks great and is extremely well stocked with all kind of plates, utensils and appliances of all sorts and also various condiments: way above any property we rented and all in excellent or new condition. The attached garage is a great plus that easily fits our Honda CR-V and also stores provided accessories like beach chairs, beach towels. The host is very friendly and a great communicator answering promptly all our questions.
