There was a problem checking in, but the host was very responsive. There were a lot of ladybugs, dead and alive, but that didn’t bother us. The coffee maker was broken, but I didn’t let the host know, so that’s on me. The problem was the windows and the cold. There are no curtains downstairs. Downstairs stays mainly warm. But, upstairs, there are only paper blinds. There was such a cold draft that we had to pull the beds away from the windows. Stuff towels around the windows. And the next morning, when we woke up, there was sheets of ice and snow on the inside of the windows. I couldn’t turn the heat up past 72. We left a night early because we wanted to beat the snowstorm home, but we couldn’t have stayed there another night. Freezing!

The host was amazing and accommodating. The VIEW is incredible! Just far enough outside of Stowe Main Street but close enough to be convenient. It was so peaceful!

It was a very safe area, close to town. The property was as described. While Stowe traffic can be very congested, it was nice that the Shaw Supermarket was 5 minutes away without actually having to go into the Stowe traffic. A very pleasant stay.

Check-in was easy as could be - the owner left clear directions and all worked well. The kitchen is not fancy, but it has the essentials and all in good working order. The views of the hills out of the dining area and lounge are gorgeous, and the foosball table got good use!

The apartment is spacious and private with a nice view. It was clean and the property is well kept. Really tall folks might have a harder time with the ceilings in the bedroom, but the place worked out great for my family's 3 night stay.

House review

The house has a great set-up. There is a lot of room for the kids to move around. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well set-up except for needing a couple more glasses. We had a couple issues during the stay and the host could have been better at communicating. Good location.

Great views, clean place

Was a nice stay especially pet friendly. 3rd unit in a home. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountain and trees, just fyi no curtains anywhere and big beautiful windows, so make sure you are comfortable with that.

Excellent Experience

Wife, kids and I came up for holiday weekend. Snowed 18 inches while we were there. Owner Aaron was very responsive and a gentleman. 100% as advertised. Property is beautiful and clean. Beds very comfortable. Thank you!

Nice little Ski Cottage in Stowe

My friends and I just stayed at this little cottage. We loved the place and found it perfect for our needs. the owner was nice and accommodating to our schedule. we would highly recommend staying here is you're looking to come to this quaint little town.
