This neighborhood is quiet and located in a prime location - less than 5 minutes away from Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson, the UMED district, shopping and restaurants. The home has beautiful views of the Chugach mountains which makes it perfect to see the sunrise. With a trail on the street, it makes it perfect to explore Alaska's beauty.
