Never sent me a way to enter property.

This property allowed me to book and pay for it on the website for the dates that I needed. So that told me that it was available. I received the initial email saying here are your keys to get in. But there is no information on how to actually access the property. I repeatedly emailed through the VRBO app. Asking the owner, how I am to access the property when I arrive. I never heard back from them when I showed up at the property. I tried messaging them again and still nothing. Once I was there, I realize that the neighborhood did not feel safe to me, so I end up finding a hotel instead. A day after I was supposed to have arrived, the property manager finally messaged me saying that the property was should not have been available. I traveled almost 6 hours with 13 year-old son to arrive and having nowhere to stay , it was a very uncomfortable situation to have put us in.

I read your review and i am still confused about this bad experience. You mentioned in your review about me approving and writing you about the key but we do have safety entry pads with combinations, we do not have keys. I am not sure what property this was you experience that dreadful experience with, but it was not one of ours. I am really sorry this happened to you. You must have reviewed the wrong listing. Cannot find any other answer.
