This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features a new sleeper sofa along with like new chairs and a huge flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, luxury vinyl flooring and stainless- steel appliances. The dining room area offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers water views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed, and the attached bath has been updated. The second bedroom has a unique sleeping arrangement with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top bunk style bed. Both bedrooms have TV's. The second bedroom is across the hall from the second updated bathroom. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. The balcony offers views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun-filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street in the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry, no pets.
* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Perfect location and condo! Two bedrooms, pool, right by the beach. Third floor so can take the stairs instead of the elevator. Really appreciate it!

Exactly as described. Kitchen had all the needed equipment. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to beach, pool, gym, inhouse library, sauna and communal deck. Beach/bay view was ok. AC works great as a result the only thing missing was throw/blanket for the couch. One challenge was water pressure, be sure to rinse out well by the beach entrance. Would stay again.

This was a nice vacation rental for our family. Owner is very responsive. Only grip we had was there were 4 adults and 2 cars. This unit only had one parking space when we arrived and had to park first day in a lot about 2 blocks down and pay 30 a day for parking. Thankfully, we went down after other guests checked out of the building and got an additional parking space for 10 a day thereafter. We would stay again!

We had a great stay except for the sudden cold weather. Our unlucky timing. The condo was very well stocked and spacious. The only thing missing was an ice cream scoop but we found something to use. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Parking was very easy and very short walk from building to beach.

Nice long weekend stay

Beautiful condo in an excellent location

This unit had a great layout…perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped and had a nice view. It was convenient to walk back and forth from the beach. Plenty to do in the area. We have no complaints. Thank you for letting us stay!

The condo was immaculately, cleaned, and beautiful, and very comfortable on the inside. The check-in process was simple and easy. The condo was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed, and then some the beach views were stunning. It was cold and rainy during our stay and it simply did not matter because the condo was so perfect. We will definitely be back.

This condo was exactly what we were expecting. It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The check in process was simple and smooth. Go in the front, pay the security guard, get your parking pass, easy. We only experienced one issue and this was unrelated to the host or condo itself. The parking was a bit of a hassle. We were assigned a spot but only were able to park in that spot for 1 day because someone else was always in our spot. We came out one morning and had a tow warning left on our windshield, so we did have to go check with the security guard daily to see where we needed to go park. Maybe as a suggestion, the parking lot could have a few blank or unassigned spots so if someone's spot is taken they are able to use those miscellaneous spots as needed. Overall, we did not let rhat hinder us from having a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

After Holiday Getaway

This property is beautiful…great views of the ocean and decorated to reflect the sand and surf that surrounds you in Ocean City. The kitchen was full equipped…even had wine opener which we forgot…bed was super comfortable and there are plenty of pillows provided.We would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a couple, a gal getaway, or a small family vacation. It is centrally located to Ocean City attractions and restaurants as well as the Delaware beaches…loved our stay…thanks for the great memories!!Wende & Ken
