The property had a wonderful view and supplied with toys that the kids enjoyed. Overall it was clean, as well for being on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with ice and plenty of items for our meals. The only concern is that we did not have enough toilet paper in stock, only a partial roll for 5 people. Also, there was mold all over the shower curtain that was also missing hooks for hanging. Another concern was how the sliding glass door stuck and the main doors lock was finicky. I will say the price was steep for what we received and for the area. But gave us an idea of location for a next stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the wonderful view and that the kids loved the toys — and we appreciate your note about the overall cleanliness and well‑stocked kitchen. We’re very sorry about the issues you encountered with the limited toilet paper, the shower curtain, and the door locks. Those items should have been in proper condition before your arrival. Our property manager has already addressed each of these concerns, and we truly appreciate you letting us know so we could take care of them right away. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your honest experience. We’re glad the trip helped you get a feel for the area, and we hope to have the chance to provide a smoother stay in the future.

The place was immaculately clean and looked exactly like the pictures! However I wish they offered more comfortable seating for the outside , because really that’s what you’re paying for ( and it was breathtaking, just wished our butts were more comfortable ) secondly and this was a strange one but the lighting throughout the home was awful! I could barely see at night in my bedroom with the lights turned on!

We appreciate your feedback about the outdoor seating and the lighting. The views are definitely a highlight, and we understand how more comfortable seating would make that experience even better. We’ve also shared your note about the lighting with our team so we can make improvements inside the home. Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back.

We loved our relaxing stay. The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped beyond expectation. The sunrises were breathtaking both from the beach and from the warmth of the huge oceanfront windows on the chilliest winter mornings. Enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and a local park steps away. There is also a really great little local dog park & tap house just a couple miles north. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We will 100% consider this home for our next stay in the area.

Good and Bad

The good- Great location, easy to access the beach, quiet, close enough to walk down to the main area of Flagler Beach shops, plenty of beach supplies, large washer and drier, and a lot of extra space inside. Huge bedrooms, and nice size bathroom. The less than good- ants. We had ants everywhere (and some other weird large bug). We took out the trash constantly, even wiped everything down, but they kept coming back so we couldn’t leave any food on the counter or table unattended. The WiFi name and password were incorrect on the welcome email, the cable on the TV didn’t work in the bedroom, and the gate at the top of the stairs was broken. It seems like they adjusted the shower so it wouldn’t get hot. The faucet water would get hot but the shower would not (warm but not hot). The couches were stained. We were going to grill but it is a tiny portable one in a box in the laundry room. They did have the cable guy come fix the cable in the bedroom, but we had to let him in. They attempted to fix the gate but no luck. They brought us ant killer to spray after a couple days, and the maintenance guy helped us with the wifi. (He was great by the way and gave us excellent food recommendations)Overall, a nice place but less than desirable for what we were expecting. We stay in Florida on a beach every year during Christmas break but have never had to deal with pests like this. Maybe it’s an area thing, but definitely not something we have encountered before.

Great beach unit. The views are outstanding. We enjoyed spotting dolphins from the patio and watching the sunrise.
