Very disappointed with the overall condition and upkeep of the house. I don’t feel like the house lived up to the expectation of the photos that were presented. Upon our arrival we were greeted with overflowing trash bins and an entire section of the couch broken and left outside. The external door on the side of the house would not lock and the front door didn’t latch very well. The back porch had holes in the screens and one entire screen was missing - the cushions out there were also moldy. The outdoor chair cushions were missing which didn’t make it very comfortable to be around the fire pit. Things did not feel very clean or well kept - the dining room table was sticky to the point of cards sticking to it when we were playing a game. There were numerous other maintenance issues - peeling wallpaper, inadequate air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms, dirty shower curtains, jets in the tub not working, chipped paint on the cabinets, etc. It honestly felt more like a frat house than a vacation rental and we expected more for the price we paid.
