⚠️ The main renter receives a Renter Welcome Infosheet from ACLA detailing rules, trash center, amenities, map, and recommendations.

⚠️ Propane: We do our best to provide propane for grills/fire pits, but cannot guarantee it throughout your stay. If empty, please refill an existing tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement (do not buy brand new).

⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place!

⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re well-behaved and prefer distance. Secure food and trash, and they will wander on by.

⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for safe access. Driveway is plowed as possible, but weather varies and guests are responsible for towing if stuck.

⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: Left-behind items can be shipped with a $50 handling fee separate from delivery costs 📦🚚.

⚠️ Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all trash before checkout. A $5 per bag disposal fee may apply for trash left behind. Plan ahead if the community compactor is closed.

📹 Exterior Security Cameras

Two exterior Ring cameras are installed on the property: one Ring doorbell camera at the front door monitoring the entrance, and one exterior Ring camera facing and monitoring the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property and no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

▪️For reservations made outside of Airbnb and Booking.com, please note that a $500 security deposit will be included for security purposes. This deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of checkout, provided no damages to the home or community penalties are reported.

▪️Additionally, our account is not set up for VRBO or HomeAway to collect the remaining balances or security deposits directly. These are collected by us, with payments securely processed via Stripe or Bill.com.
