Brand new listing. Top Floor/ ocean front Penthouse. Best water views in the entire area. Large balcony is extremely livable, sunny, shady and wonderful breezes.

The inside is beautifully furnished throughout. Original paintings from local artists and 2 flat screen TV's. The all new fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with amazing granite features. This spacious condo offers two suites, each with a king bed. The second room has an additional twin bed. The open floor plan offers spectacular views from Every room!

Not only do you have a pool in your own backyard but you can walk downstairs to your own semi-private beach.

You are located right between the new fabulous marina and Flamingo beach which is recognized as one of the very top white sand beaches in Costa Rica.

There are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area.

Adventures and activities are endless.

Wonderful place to stay!!

We had a fantastic holiday!!! Great communication with the hosts and they were always very helpful with any questions we had. The view was amazing, there was plenty of room for our family of 4, the place had everything we needed and more! Close to awesome restaurants and beaches too. This was our second time staying in this complex and would definitely come again! Pura Vida!!!

Amazing condo in Playa Flamingo

The condo is perfect. All the furnishings are high quality and comfortable. The views from the apartment are spectacular. The condo is perfect. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Great stay.

Amazing view and very clean condo. Communication with Jenny was excellent. Well maintained complex and very quiet.There is no elevator but we had our driver and the ground keeper help with our luggage. We definitely got our exercise in climbing the steep hill to get back to the condo several times a day. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart getting around town if you don’t have a car. We hired Guilber for private airport transportation and tours. He was very attentive with a lot of knowledge. Contact him on WhatsApp 506 7013 1918. We would definitely stay here again.

Cousins Flamingo Getaway

Our week long stay was very relaxing and the panoramic views that were just amazing. Jenny and Jorge were very friendly and helpful during our stay and made the renting process effortless. We were close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool was great. The secluded beach had even more views. Within the apartment, it was well stocked with everything we needed. There was always a breeze on the covered porch. We highly recommend that you stay here.
