The room was clean. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike

The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. We were constantly having to text one of the property managers to please turn the temperature down and it would last a couple hours before it felt like the room temp had creeped back up around 80.

Just okay.

Upon arriv the locks to both doors were broken, but the property manager got that fixed for us very quickly thank god. The bedding/linen/towels were very old and did not feel clean. There was only one extra blanket which smelled so we couldn’t even use that. No extra sheets and no extra towels. Overall, I wasn’t very happy with the stay. Luckily it was only 1 night.

Sufficient

My husband and I showed up late on Friday night, the main dome was lit but not the most obvious of locations. Once we got the room info from the red box the map was unclear as to where our room was along with where we should park. We ended up going in circles looking at all the domes because there's not a direct path from where we're told to park to the domes. Once we found the sidewalk we saw signs for the rooms vs domes but it was still unclear as to where our room and our dome was located. With office hours only being before check-in it was up to us to figure this out for ourselves. I can see our experience here being slightly different were the domes easily numbered and well-lit, the map been more detailed, or had we arrived during daylight. Having said that another couple was having similar issues finding their room midday the following day. The room was not the room I booked but similar enough and served us well. One thing I'd like to make clear (because it wasn't so clear to me on the listing) is that these domes actually hold 2 rooms. There is one dome for the front desk and another used as storage so unless you're booking both rooms you won't have a dome to yourself.

Cozy and quiet!!

Thought the place was exactly what was advertised. Everything was great during our stay. The only negative i would say was not being able to control the air in the unit's. I'm not sure how you go about correcting that but it definitely needed to be cooler at night too sleep comfortably. I ended up staying another night in studio 2 this time. So both studio 1 and 2 were warm at night.

I will return

It's a lovely spot to spend some time with nature. I am not a golfer nor am I one to water ski but, I did enjoy sitting and looking at the water. I arrived after hours and upon arrival, I noticed one of the sliding doors would not lock so I phoned the office using the provided emergency number. Within 30 minutes there were two caretakers on site to fix the door. I grateful for their prompt response and very tired so, I tucked myself in for the night and slept like a baby hobbit. I plan to return in the spring with my children for a few nights and would recommend Studio 2 to friends and family.
