Attached to it there is a small studio as well but it is a separate listing and on the opposite side of the house.The washer and dryer are located in the garage.Please contact me before using so I can provide the entry code.
Outside there is a covered lanai with a BBQ, a dinning table and a sitting area . There is also a courtyard with a fire pit and a basketball hoop. You need to bring your own ball if you intend to play. The location is very convenient, close to downtown but peaceful and quiet.
