What a wonderful place to stay! We loved the closeness to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the views, and plenty of indoor/outdoor space! Also loved the pool area! Daniel very quickly responded on a question I had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Every year my friends and I go to spring training in Clearwater. This year, our stay in Clearwater was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded expectations. Dan, Greg, and Matt were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They made everything easy and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the stay.The location truly couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. Being able to step out and quickly enjoy Clearwater’s vibrant atmosphere made the trip even more enjoyable.The property itself was spotless. You could immediately tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything was clean, well organized, and very comfortable, which made it feel like a home away from home.Overall, this is a fantastic spot and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater. Between the amazing hosts, the unbeatable location, and the pristine condition of the place, it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Mark B.

Great Location!

Amazing property to host our annual Girls Trip. The pictures are a true representation of the space. Easy walk to the beach and dining.We did not need a car!We could use Instacart for groceries and wine!Definitely would stay again!

Sister's trip 2025

Our stay was wonderful. 2 blocks from the beach, property as depicted in the pictures. Daniel communicated immediately after I asked a question. Large layout, wrap around balcony, plenty of towels, large washer and dryer and updated appliances. We will keep this on our list!

Great Stay

I recently stayed in this condo for a long weekend with family on a girls trip. The place is beautiful, clean, great views of the sunrise from the spacious outdoor patio, and plenty of rooms for our 7 ladies! Every bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. It’s in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and many other local places. We have stayed in this area for 3 years and this has been our favorite unit. Also plenty of towels, linens and fully stocked kitchen. If needed, the owner responds quickly. Lastly, the unit is safe due to security locks at the elevator and unit. We will definitely rent from them again!
