Great place to stay and enjoy Nantasket Beach and town.The house was very clean and prepared for our stay.The beach, grocery, and coffee/sandwich shops were all within walking distance.Very relaxing week to enjoy the beach and family timeOur group included 5 adults

Super clean, spacious house

We were there for a wedding, so just needed a place to stay. This place was ideal for a family of 4 adults, but it also seemed suitable for kids (no hazardous stairs, etc.)

Brian’s home is in a wonderful location in Hull, walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. The home itself is as described, except for the air conditioning. We had booked this home because we needed air conditioning for one member of our group. However, we arrived and the temperature inside the house was 90*. We were able to locate two portable air conditioning units, but one unit was missing a duct. We were unable to use the other unit because it blew a fuse each time we turned it on. Despite communicating with Brian about this issue, he was unable to resolve it. The heat had a significant impact on our stay and I would not recommend staying here during peak summer.

This property was perfect for us. We needed to be close to the Nantasket Beach Resort and wanted to be near the beach and also have food/groceries nearby. We got all of that in a clean cozy place to stay. The host was great with communication and we had no issues at all. No complaints!

Lots of room, well maintained, exceptionally well provisioned, clean and bright. Has been restored/modernized quite well. "Charming" is a very accurate description!
