This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home offers perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, a brief walk or bike ride can take you to the sandy beaches or down to Coligny Plaza for all the shopping and food they have to offer.

The interior of 1 Park includes inviting and spacious living room area, fully stocked kitchen and three cozy bedrooms that each include a TV.

The spacious, brand new outdoor living area becomes the highlight of the property. The backyard oasis is perfect for yard games, night time chats and cocktails by the new pool, or sunbathing and swimming during the day. Pool and Spa can also be heated during your stay for an additional service fee.

the pool, outdoor area, kitchen, and being close to the beach and to other activities was a huge plus. we were able to bike or walk to most places. the host communicated very well and helped out when we had a small issue. would highly recommend place to stay.

The house was mostly clean except for some sand in the master bathroom when we arrived! The pool area is absolutely beautiful . We chose to have the spa heated and it was well worth it! One thing to consider is there is no ice maker in the refrigerator so we had to buy bags of ice daily for our cooler. This was a mild inconvenience but did not significantly impact our experience. I would stay here again for sure.

Best Stay Ever!

Me, my husband, and our 3 children spent 5 days and 4 wonderful nights in this home!! We enjoyed an easy walk to the beach and swimming in the pool every day. We also loved how close it was to Al of the shops and restaurants we love to visit! 5 stars on this stay - we will definitely be back.

The pool is amazing our family loved swimming. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 TVs did not work properly and the master bath shower had some issues. We also had issues with electric in the house and smoke alarms randomly going off during the week. We did reach out to Beachside and they would send workers out to try to fix issues. It was frustrating with smoke alarms randomly going off and electric going out. Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish we didn’t have the house issues.

Great house close to the beach and Coligny. Had all the amenities one could ask for. Pool was amazing. Only issue we had was with outside lighting as there really isn’t much. There are lights around the pool but no switch to turn them on. Otherwise great property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house but the silverware was dirty in the draw. We had to wash all the silverware and the greasy frying pans when we got there. The cleaning crew should have caught this.The master bathroom outlet is loose by the sink.The master bath shower handle is loose, and it took several showers before I finally got the hang of getting the water to stop dripping. It shouldn't be that difficult to figure out, but it was.
