🏊 Community Pool



The community pool is owned and maintained by the HOA, not by our management team. While closures are uncommon, pool access is subject to the HOA's maintenance schedule. If we receive advance notice of any planned closures, we'll notify guests before arrival whenever possible.



🚗 Parking Information (Please Read)



Only one (1) vehicle is permitted per reservation at this property. Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, and overflow parking are not allowed by the HOA.



Your required parking pass fee has already been included in your reservation, so there is nothing additional to pay.



Parking passes must be picked up from the Key Concepts office before arriving at the property.



If you're arriving after business hours, after-hours lockboxes are available for convenient parking pass pickup. Complete pickup instructions will be sent before your arrival.



Please display your parking pass in your vehicle at all times while parked on the property to avoid towing or fines.

The room was clean and the host was easy to contact and communicate with. All questions were answered promptly. There were good restaurants within walking distance and the beach was a short walk across the street. It was a good location for a pleasant beach getaway. Perdido Beach is family friendly with smooth sand for walking and running. We enjoyed our visit.

Great place to stay!

Would stay here again! The condo is cozy, clean and convenient to local restaurants and beach access straight across the street. Bed was large and comfortable too!

Nice place on Perdido

Great place. Very comfortable with the ocean across the street and a pool in back….we used them both! I would stay here again.

Fourth of July Trip

The property is great and the location even better. Check-in was easy. Door-code worked great. The location is great as well, right across the street from the beach, next door to a restaurant, simple drive to all the trendy locations. Will definitely be booking here again.Hassle free trip!!!

The property management company had very poor communication. We received a message at check in that the screen door was damaged and had been removed and there would be someone on-site the next day to fix it. Because of that we rearranged out plans for that day. No one ever came. No one ever communicated any change to the plans of anyone showing up to fix the door. We had an issie with the dryer on site. I sent a message that it didnt work and two hours later had to track down a phone number to call because I had not received any response. It took two days to "fix" the dryer which still took 3 cycles to dry a VERY small load of clothing.While communicating about the dryer I mentioned the door and no one showing up and I was told that the door never came in so they couldn't fix it. That would have been completely understandable and acceptable had it been communicated so that we didnt change our plans. When I voiced my frustrations I was simply offered a late checkout of a property that did not meet the standards advertised. There is also a sign out back by the pool thats reads "broken glass in sand". This needs to be cleaned thoroughly!! I didnt enjoy having my children on a property that wasn't safe...especially given the fact that I paid 2,000 by the time it was all said and done to stay here. We could have stayed at another property for the same price with staff on-site and a clean safe environment.I do not believe any of this falls on the owner of the condo.

PERFECT LOCATION

Beautiful beach right outside the door. The condo was exactly as described. You are in a wonderful location close to the best restaurants and shops. If you want to stay in the balcony and open kitchen gives you a perfect place to look at the water and hear the waves. LOVE IT. We will be back.

Perfect little getaway!!

This property was absolutely perfect for me and my little family's getaway. Just a few steps away from both the beach and the pool!! The beach access is incredibly convenient (just across the 2-lane road) and the community pool is just a few steps away from the back porch! The entire property was incredibly clean and everyone we came into contact with was friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing!! The whole condo was comfortable, the couch (pull-out) bed in the living room was even comfortable!! And that NEVER happens! Completely stocked with everything we anticipated and much more! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again very soon.

Exactly what we were looking for!!

My husband and I stayed here for four days. We loved the place! Very clean and well equipped with all the essentials we needed during our stay. It's beautifully decorated and relaxing. There was a small concern about the sliding barn door to the bathroom but we were the first to stay here since new ownership and Christian said he'd have it taken care of. The semi-private pool was a game changer if we didn't feel like packing stuff across the road or dealing with all the sand. I had the pool to myself most of the time. Most of the units in these two small bldgs were vacant at the time we stayed. There is a permanent resident couple next door that were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the road in front can be busy, it's not loud or disrupting at all. I hope to be able to stay here again if we decide to go back to this area.

Great location, but issues on site

This place was a great location, not being familiar with the area. I really lucked out we could cross the street walk right onto the white Sandy Beach. You cannot see the ocean from this location, but they do have a pool out back which is really nice some maintenance issues when we got there and the contact for this was good about getting back in touch with me it wasn’t anything that was a dealbreaker for me, like lightbulbs burnt out and maybe wiring issues, fans that didn’t work, but it was really nice to have a kitchen and laundry there. Again the manager was really responsive, but with the issues we had between the manager the HOA and the property owner really nothing got resolved. I picked this place to make sure we had a outdoor space to hang out with daughter and her friend while we were in town and we were unable to utilize the deck due to construction. I think there’s three people in charge of this property and nobody communicates with each other. It’s an issue. Again we had a great time. Fabulous location place was clean but not wanting to deal with issues while on vacation was frustrating , wish I could give this place five stars, but I give it 3 because issues were not resolved and I was promised they would make it right and nothing has been done thus far, One of my favorite things about this place was the restaurant next-door called the shrimp shack and the across the street access to the beach if you go to the right, there’s no hotels and not so busy! Perdido key

The property is in need of some attention. i let the owner know about several issues that i noticed during our stay. 1- the recessed lighting in the living room has a short in it and will shut off by itself. 2- the clothes dryer needs to have the lint cleaned ou of the exhaust in the back and needs a new hose. It was taking 3 1/2 hours to dry a small load of towels. 3- one day there was no water pressure for a short time. I turned on the water in the shower and no water came out at all. 4- The ice maker in the refridgerator did not work the whole time we were there. 5- we asked if there were beach chairs at the unit and the owner told us there were so we didnt bring our own. when we got there all that was there were 2 old style folding lounge chairs. i had to go out and buy our own chairs so we could enjoy our time on the beach. 6- there was no warning of construction being done at the unit while we were there. a little heads up would have been nice. 7- The door to the unit has one of the old type plunger things that automatically closes the door. well it is in very bad shape and i had to keep rigging it back together because it kept falling apart. I think the owner needs to put a little money into the unit and fix these issues. Other than all of that the location was nice and the pool being right out the back door was nice. I think the owner should go and actually spend some time at the unit so they can see and address all of the issues.
