Flamingo Breeze is a new home located 5 minutes from the beach on Pensacola/Perdido Key. This newly constructed home features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, screened patio and fenced yard.

All furnishing is new and the home is equipped with everything your family needs to relax after a long day at the beach. Bedroom #1 features a King bed and TV. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and TV while bedroom #3 features twin beds. The great room features a recliner and couch.
The space
This brand new home is centrally located near beaches, parks, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses, boat launches, playgrounds and tennis courts.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property including a fenced back yard, screened patio and parking in the driveway.

Small dogs are allowed with approval before booking. 50 fee per dog

The home was a perfect place only 5 miles from the beach! Peaceful neighborhood with a 10 minute drive to the NAS museum! Excellent seafood and Joe Patties is awesome for buying fresh seafood! We will be back!

We really enjoyed this place. The kitchen is plenty roomy. The bedrooms are roomy, clean and so were the restrooms. Loved the shower. Water pressure is great. There’s a fenced in backyard. This house is close to everything. Great location as well. We’ll definitely come back.

Shower/tub drain was extremely slow and the shiwer curtain had mold on it. We all had to share the master shower.

Yes we made good use of washer & Dryer, plus kitchen. Very pleased with everything, it was only 1.5 miles to our granddaughters house and another couple miles to the Air Base. Really great seafood places very close so it was a perfect location for us. Thanks so much for making this VRBO location available.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at the Flamingo House! It is perfect for my husband and me along with our two small dogs. It is very clean, has a great fenced in backyard for our furry family members, close to the beach and LOTS of great restaurants. Hoping we can make it theee in a row next year!

Spring Break 2025

We had our 5 year old granddaughter on Spring Break and enjoyed the beaches very much. We really liked Big Lagoon State Park and it was fun watching the Blue Angels fly.

Absolutely charming home! So clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The Naval Aviation Museum and Perdido Bay were so close! First time seeing The Gulf Of America! Check in and checkout process was so easy! Kenneth was a great host!

Inside was wonderful snd comfortable. We had plenty of room for us and our little dog. Backyard was great for him. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry.Concerned with police presence at property across the street

Perfect Place and Location

We loved staying at this lovely home. It is located close to Perdido Key which is our favorie area in Florida. The host was wonderful. We defiently would rent the house again.

Great location

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished and decorated nicely and close to the beaches and restaurants. We had an issue when we arrived with the lock, but Ken was extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great at the house. Never had one problem and if we had a question, we got almost immediate replies. House was beautiful and clean - stocked with more than we expected. Yard perfect for our small dog. Locals were helpful and friendly. Would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks!

Relaxing home

Well equipped, no hot tub as listed. Left suggestion for house keepers on cleaning. Might suggest adding memory foam topper, beds extra firm. Close to everything. My purpose for this trip was Blue Angels home coming..very close for attending. I would stay again.

good stay but....

Overall stay was really good , the house was placed conveniently next to Big Lagoon State Park, beach access, good restaurants and traffic was not too harsh. would recommend changing out to better quality beds. After the first night the quality of the mattress goes down.
