Great Place to Stay

We had the best vacation! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The owners were so easy to contact when needed. We always love staying in the Harbor House condominiums. This place will definitely be saved for our next trip to the beach! The perfect home away from home!

Great Getaway Spot

Unit was as described with a partial beach view. Everything needed for a week long stay was provided. Easy access to the beach just across the street - a two minute walk at most. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Would recommend this unit and would stay again. Owner contact was smooth and easy.

The place was really nice and quiet and was super close to the beach and you could drive to restaurants and shops easily. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

A piece of paradise!!

We loved staying at Sea Sunsets & Sunrises! It was so great to see the sunrise out the window in the morning & the sunset on the beach! We had a great time and I wish we could have stayed another week. We will definitely stay again. The condo was everything & more, we flew so we couldn’t bring much with us. Having so many supplies that we would have had to bring, really helped us. We loved sitting on the balcony, it was so peaceful. The owner was so helpful and nice! She even found money that I had left somewhere in the condo & got it back to me! The location is perfect to go to the beach or drive somewhere. Treasure Island Beach was not crowded & perfect! We went to Pass-A-Grille & ate at the Wharf and found beautiful shells on the beach! We drove to Clearwater & John’s Pass & shopped. We went to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve for a walk & saw lots of wildlife. We can’t wait to come back again!!

We will be back!

We stayed for almost a month. We didn’t want to leave! The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Right across the road from the beach. Found sandollars out on the sand bar along with other shells. Great walking on the beach every morning. Caddy’s and Tiki bar in walking distance. Great restaurant close by. We had to cut our stay a little short due to Idalia.

Lots of fun relaxing at the beach. The condo was just across the street and convenient to restaurants and bars. It was clean and comfortable.

Five Days Wasn’t Enough

My wife and I stayed in mid-July for five days, six nights. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and this property was perfect for us. It was exactly as described. The beach view pictured looks exactly like the picture my wife took while sitting on the balcony outside the condo. It took us, at the most, two minutes to walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking, and the property is easy to access. The couple of questions I had prior to our arrival, the owner responded to quickly. We hope to stay here again in the not too distant future.

Great place near quiet beach

Condo was great. Everything was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. We also really appreciated the HDMI cable, to connect our own device for streaming. Host was super helpful; I've never had a VRBO host reply so quickly before. (more than once). She even stopped by and helped us readjust the thermostat. The place was immaculately clean and everything looked brand new. Christmas decorations were a nice added touch. We would gladly stay there again.

Great location!

This rental property is furnished beyond my expectations!! Owner thought of everything and made available for renters to use. Unit is just steps away from the beautiful and quiet Sunset Beach. Will definitely recommend this rental to my family and friends.

Perfect location and exactly what we needed!

Close to the beach, convenient with all of the amenities, close to restaurants and shopping. The beach chairs were great and the pool was clean!

Perfect

This has condo is in the perfect location while it’s not beach front it has a perfect view and easy close access to the beach. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We unfortunately visited during red tide so we spent most of the time inside but it was perfect for us. The kitchen was full of everything you’d need, plenty of towels for showering, and lots of pillows for added comfort at bedtime. We can’t say enough great things about this condo! We will be back to stay!

Great spot on Treasure Island

Loved our stay and our walks on sunset Beach. Close to everything and amazing sunsets. The place is comfy and loved the beach chairs. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We actually left our crock pot we bought and love using since we couldn't take it on the plane. We hope future guests enjoy it!

Absolute bliss!

This beach condo was the PERFECT choice for my small family and I to enjoy our vacation this year. I was searching for weeks for the perfect one and I am so glad I chose this gem. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. Towels, pool noodles/float, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach mats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, sunscreen, laundry detergents, I mean seriously everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with every appliance/utensil you may need! The living room area had games and books for you to enjoy during your stay with the family. The couch and bed were so comfortable. Now on to the location.... There are no words. It is directly across the street from the most beautiful beach I’ve been to in Florida. On the porch, you can sit and watch the waves. The water was absolutely beautiful, clear and so clean!! The beach was never crowded. So many shells to find to bring home. On the sand bars you could literally see manatees! The pool was perfect for us and it was my 15 month olds favorite spot! Never crowded, extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back and stay here next summer, probably for an even longer stay! 7 days wasn’t nearly enough. Thank you so much Kandis for opening up your summer home to my family and I. We absolutely had the best vacation.

Just perfect!

This was one of the places I have rented via VRBO! Everything I needed was there, including beach chairs, an umbrella, (even sunscreen), toys for the beach..just great! The Condo is very comfortable with a full kitchen, comfortable bed in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I didn't have a car but if I did there was plenty of parking. Sunset Beach is a residential beach, and in these uncertain times.. fewer crowds is what we need! I hope to rent this place again and again..it was so comfortable and homey.

Wonderful stay on the beach!

This is a lovely property! Updated and clean it had everything that we needed to enjoy our 9 day holiday vacation. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had a lot of extras that we didn't need to buy, and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels were an added bonus for added beach comfort. It is on a quieter part of the beach but still walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat!

I'm a runner and a native to Florida. This is a photo of me in the Grand Canyon a few years ago. I ran it from rim to rim to rim from the South to the North and back. I have two grown children that I am very proud of.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This place reminds me of old Florida, as old as you can still get locally. Yet, it's close to all the action. It's walking distance to Caddy's, a fun spot. It's across the street from the beach but not a busy road like just North of it. All the traffic is local. You ride your bike to the grocery store, grill out steaks, watch the sunset and dip in the pool or ocean. That's a nice day to me. The next day you drive over to Busch Garden, go deep sea fishing, or take a day cruise, go shopping and everything is so close.
