Very nice property. Excellent location. Walking distance to Beach. Photos are accurate depiction. Interior was very clean. Communication was good. Game area was fun. Bikes were nice. Couple of minor outdoor things that could be improved upon. Many random potted plants, many of which were dead. Deck was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Some, not all, of the outdoor furniture is in need of replacement. Didn't like that if you want to use the grill or outdoor fireplace, you have to go buy propane. I understand why, but I feel at the price we paid, something like that should already be taken care of. There are some pool toys and beach gear, but much of it is in bad condition. Many of the hanging lights over the backyard were out and need to be replaced. Overall, a great experience at this house. House and pool were great. Outdoor area would be great with just a little maintenance. Overall, I would stay here again and I would recommend this home.

A code was provided to enter property through front door but the code didn’t work. This was by design but was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. (The property owner did not want renters returning from the beach to enter through the front. Understandable.) All entry was through the back door. It also was not disclosed to us that there was construction happening next door. We did not like the fact that construction workers could watch us at the ‘private’ pool. Gas grill was rusty but the property manager replaced it with a new one the same day I reported the issue. Kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher leaked. Floor had water damage. This house was convenient to the beach, but there were many issues. Property managers were always extremely courteous and were consistently helpful.
