Welcome to El Palmar Cottage Unit II, your serene getaway nestled in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy modern essentials, air conditioning for those warm Florida days, and general heating for cozy evenings. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet and whip up your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen. Just steps away from the sandy shores, El Palmar Cottage promises a memorable beach escape.

El Palmar is a duplex property (2 Apt) that transforms into one Large Beach House by an INDOOR connection between second and third bedrooms. In addition, it has a connecting walkway between our two balconies (front and rear) for an outdoor connection. It is perfect for a large group of friends or a family's fun getaway Across the Beach, where you do not share the amenities. If you are interested in the Whole House Option, please ask the Owner.
Beach access at both corners of the property. The closest is on the north end, 3 doors from our front, and a short walk across the street to the beach. Max 2-3 minutes walk. You'll also have a nice lounging area in the back covered patio and private parking too!

Great location! Neat as a pin condo that provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Loved the location. Loved the updated decor. Within walking distance to everything IRB has to offer.

Great replace to stay

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location and experience

The location is the best! Right across the street from the beach, a block from a beautiful nature preserve, and in the heart of IRB restaurants and culture. The owner is amazing and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need or want!

Indian Rocks Trip

Great location and very short walk to the beach. Great food/drink within walking distance. Even though it rained the entire weekend we had a wonderful visit.

Beautiful property and the outside patio and yard is awesome!! We had an amazing Christmas Eve !!!

Rest and relax to perfection!

We so enjoyed out stay - the location is super convenient to the beach and Eating - all very walkable. The property is in excellent shape - Mia is a great host and clearly takes pride in providing a wonderful experience. Highly recommend - pictures don’t do the space justice!

Wonderful as always

Amazing

Best vacation we have had ever!! Relaxing, beautiful home, perfect location, plenty around to do, even more to eat, like 30yards from the beach!! Seriously it is an amazing place to stay!! Our host was extremely sweet very accomadating and welcoming. The house is perfect for a family of 4!!

A week at the beach

Very nice, well equipped home. So convenient to everything IRB has to offer especially the beach. The owners even provided everything you need for a great day on the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot!

Mia was a wonderful host! The apartment was neat and clean and well appointed. It was awesome to have that huge, beautiful beach just steps away. Great little restaurants in both directions within walking distance. Everything you could ask for in a beach vacation. We had a super time! Would stay here again without question.

This was a great property! Everything is exactly as stated and the pictures are accurate. The owner is also very nice and had great communication. I will return to this property and area again.

Fantastic property

We spent 10 days in Indian Rocks Beach and loved every minute of it. The property was so nice that we ended up canceling some of our plans to do overnight outings to other places because we were so happy where we were. Mia (the property manager) was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

Delightful duplex, right across from beach

This property was very clean and well decorated. The furniture was nice and the beach toys provided were plentiful. We enjoyed the screened in porch upstairs and the firepit area downstairs. It is an ideal property for a larger group that would rent both units. The owner is very responsive and conveys a real desire for you to have everything needed to enjoy your stay.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy. A good home away from home.

Mia, the owner was so inviting and welcomed us as we arrived. She was so considerate giving us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The cottage was cute and quaint and nicely updated, plus allowing us to have our dog there was a plus. My family and I enjoyed the wonderful memories made at the beach. We will definitely come back to El Palmar cottage in the future.

Nice pet-friendly unit in Indian Rocks Beach

Well-equiped, well-decorated unit conveniently located in Indian Rocks Beach. Clean with nice shared outdoor area. Unit 2 is further from a somewhat busy street. Easy beach access. Owner easy to work with. We hope to be back!

Love the decor!

We had a great time staying at Jared’s home. We had room to spread out as well as space to cook & dine together. It’s adorably decorated. We enjoyed a run through the neighborhood and good food was not too far away. Great communication with Jared. Recommend!

Clean and well maintained

Have not been disappointed with our stays here. A good clean property that is pet friendly is difficult to find, this property is clean and pet friendly. Furniture is nice and up to date and tastefully decorated. It is a home away from home. We hope to go back next for a longer stay. The owner is great to work with and takes pride in the units. Thanks for having a great place to stay.

Really nice and convenient

Mia was there to greet us and show us around the unit. It has been updated recently and is very comfortable. Really convenient to everything in IRB and only about 10 minutes to Clearwater Beach. Two beach accesses nearby so the walk to the beach is very short. The weather didn't cooperate for most of our stay but we still had a good time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place great value!

This unit is a great place to stay. It takes two minutes if that to get to the beach and they have everything you need other than beach towels for the perfect beach day! We have friends and family in the area so IRB is a yearly destination for us and this is by far the best place we have stayed in for this price. While we didn’t meet the owner she was nevertheless available for any questions or concerns we had. We are already planning on staying here next year!

Exactly as described

Great condo that is recently renovated. Interior is reflective of the beach. The unit is clean and well maintained. Close to everything you might want. The owner is helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay again.
