With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. Additional space includes a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed for extra comfort. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, a washing machine, heating, and an iron. As a new rental … everything’s NEW! Your stay at this awesome property will be nothing short of phenomenal. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. As a side note, we also have a two bedroom right down the hall!

We live south of Atlanta in Peachtree City and have vacationed here with our family for over thirty years. We now enjoy trips with three generations. I hope you enjoy your stay as our special guests! We have a two bedroom unit right down the hall that may also be available if it suits your needs!

We love the privacy of private homes of Carillon Beach on one side and a state park on the other. Lovely Lake Powell and the Gulf give us our own oasis. Also, the gated community offers great opportunities for a bike ride or walk to local shoppes, restaurants or nightlife!

We have the ideal unit in the best wing and floor of the complex! Lovely unobstructed views east and west. The end of the wing offers unobstructed sunrises and sunsets and the seventh floor gets us above neighboring mid rise buildings!
