Experience the Florida lifestyle and create some memories at this unique and family-friendly home. Situated in the convenient Rotonda Subdivision, in the heart of a golfing community. Just minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and just 7 miles from the Englewood beaches.
Beautifully appointed heated pool home with canal view. Lovely Florida room with plenty of seating, leading to pool area. Split floor plan with Master and private bath on one side for extra privacy.

The property is located on a canal. As this is Florida, there can be gator sightings. Kayaks are available for guest use, but not for use in the nearby canals.
