This private haven features a fenced yard and a sparkling private pool, perfect for relaxation and family fun. Enjoy exclusive access to a semi-private beach, seamlessly connected to the stunning Humacao Nature Preserve. Located near Humacao and Palmas Del Mar, you're just a 45-minute drive from San Juan Airport, the enchanting Bioluminescent Bay at Laguna Grande in Fajardo, and the lush El Yunque Rainforest. Experience ultimate comfort and natural beauty in this exquisite getaway.

****COMING SEPTEMBER 2026: Solar + Backup Power

We're upgrading the property with a solar energy and backup power system, scheduled for installation in September 2026.

Once completed, the system is designed to provide greater energy resilience and help keep essential home systems powered during many utility outages—all while adding clean solar energy to the property.

Please note: The system is not yet operational, and installation timing is subject to change. We’ll update this listing as soon as the system is fully installed and available to guests.
