Charming little home in an excellent walkable neighborhood. Location is a short 3 minute walk to Old Town San Diego where's there's plenty of food and shopping. We only had a short weekend getaway but enjoyed every minute of it!

Great location. Clean kitchen and bathroom except for flooring: rug was gross to stop onto barefoot, bare floors were very dirty and left our feet dirty. Washcloths need to be replaced they are dingy and too few. Also could’ve provided shower soap. Hot water is on very high could be too hot for children. For over 500.00 per night Iexpect better.

This was a perfect location and stay for me. I was in town for my son’s Graduation from Marine Corps bootcamp. Very close to the depot. Had amazing restaurants within walking distance along with shopping. Very quiet area. Absolutely no problems with anything in the home. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautifully remodeled and decorated, and well-stocked. We enjoyed spending time in the nice and tidy backyard. We really appreciated the proximity to the Old Town trolley station and utilized it quite a bit.

The house was beyond expectations, beautifully appointed in every way, extremely clean and the bed was like a marshmallow that hugged you while you sleep, can’t say enough of this property it was an awesome stay and so super close to downtown literary steps away, very centrally located. Will definitely be back soon .

Quaint bungalow near but quietly just 2 blocks from the Old Town main street delighted us with a fully renovated modern interior, stainless steel kitchen appliances, nice bathroom and comfy beds. We even enjoyed thanksgiving dinner in the backyard as well

Met our needs and worked out well. The only issue I can see for others, is the driveway is a bit steep and the single carport area is pretty tight depending on the vehicle you drive. Wasn’t really an issue for us, but something to consider for others.

Home was clean and very comfortable. Bed was very plush and cozy. We traveled with our small dog who really soaked up the sun in the backyard during the day. Enjoyed having a parking space off the street and loved being so close to the charming Old Town. Only a 2-3 minute walk to lunch or dinner. The window in the room with the king bed is right next to the street. We sleep with the window open since it would be too warm or stuffy with it closed. Our stay was during trash pickup which was very loud since this home sits right at the street. Throughout both nights people would dig through the recycling bins for cans or plastics. Overall though, we loved the home and would definitely stay again.

Great location, so close to everything! The house is exactly as pictured. Quick communication with host. Lots of extras that was nice to have...laundry detergent, some cooking oils and spices, soccer ball in the backyard, etc. Only recommendation I can think of is to include a couple luggage racks and a hand towel for the kitchen. Loved that it had its own driveway/parking spot too.
