Located on the 6th floor, this ocean-facing one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is perfect for couples seeking the best location in town. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a complete kitchen for preparing meals, fresh towels and linens, bottled purified water, two TVs, and maid service three times a week.
Enjoy long, relaxing hours on your private patio, taking in the sound of crashing waves and swaying palm trees—ideally with a margarita in hand.
Plaza Mar is a privately owned, 33-unit condominium community perfectly situated in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Just steps from the beach and only a minute’s walk from countless incredible restaurants, cafés, and art galleries, the building sits directly alongside a gorgeous park plaza—an unbeatable location for exploring everything the area has to offer.
The complex is gated and secure, creating a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. A 24-hour receptionist, along with a full-time administrator and attentive maintenance staff, ensures that all your needs are met throughout your stay. Recently renovated, Plaza Mar features a serene lobby and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, game room, and convenient laundry facilities. The panoramic views from the rooftop are truly breathtaking.

She left the corporate design world to launch her own company—Vacation Vallarta, a boutique rental management business in Puerto Vallarta—so she could combine her passion for travel with the freedom of working anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection. A true wanderer at heart, Jordan has visited 35+ states and more than 40 countries, rarely staying in one place for long—and loving every minute of it. When she is stateside, you’ll find her either on the beaches of Florida or back in Seattle. Jordan has been visiting Puerto Vallarta and staying at the Plaza Mar Condos since she was five years old. Her grandmother was one of the building’s original owners, purchasing her unit back in 1989, so Plaza Mar has always felt like a second home. Jordan loves everything about this neighborhood—from the warm, welcoming locals and incredible five-star dining to the charming cobblestone streets and the breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky like nowhere else in the world.
